It was very good exprince. Comfortable beds and rooms Nice people very frendly and helpfull Good breakfast with delishes Borek und organic chees . Good locatin. Recomend the poepel to go to istanbul.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What makers this hotel special is the people and the location. Wonderful break from the noise and chaos of Istanbul. Location is near a big hotel so taxis are always there. Staff is so accommodating and kind. The rooms are adequate. It really is about the people and their effort to be ecological and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and yummy. The cook is really good. If you want fancy this isn’t your place-if you want a good solid place with helpful people you can’t go wrong.

Very good hotel, well located if you like Taksim/Istikal street, and if you want to stay somewhere central. The staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are great, well equipped and we had the chance to have a balcony. We loved the buffet breakfast. The neighbourhood is really noisy - especially at night, but it didn't bother us when in the room. Will come back for sure!

As a tour leader, it is very important to find someone like Ibrahim, that takes care of you and makes sure your group can have a good time. I am very thankful for his precious advices and presence. The hotel is super well located and had a green mindset that personally I appreciate a lot. The lady cooking breakfast has delighted us and is very sweet.

Look no further for outstanding accommodation in Istanbul. No 11 Hotel and Apartments provides a safe, clean and comfortable base in an unbeatable location. Situated down a quiet lane it is less than a minute’s walk from bustling İstiklal Caddesi at the Galata Tower end of Istanbul’s most famous street. I consider this the better end as you are nearer to Karakoy and public transport options to get you there. Alternatively, it’s a steep but pleasant downhill walk to Karakoy and you pass Galata Tower. What I especially liked about No 11 is that it offers an ‘apartment living experience’ as much as a hotel stay. Whilst guests enjoy a lot of privacy reception is open 24/7 should you need help and is looked after by helpful attentive staff. Thank you, Onur (night reception) for all your help! It was appreciated. You are provided with an electronic key card that provides secure access to the lobby and your room. From the point of booking all communication was excellent and management were very accommodating with any special requests. An excellent, filling ‘Turkish style’ breakfast (six euros) is served from 0830 hours. However, I personally feel this is a little late for those wanting an early start to beat the queues at tourist sights. Whilst some rooms have a kitchenette and fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are not provided. I was, however, easily able to borrow crockery from the hotel kitchen. I stayed in two different rooms, both excellent and both with a small private balcony and view of the lane and life unfolding below. There is a small convenience store opposite the hotel and a fruit and veg store in a lane adjacent to No 11. A large Turkcell shop a few minutes’ walk away efficiently took care of my local sim purchase. I spent several nights at No 11, thoroughly enjoyed my time there and cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Excellence all round. I look forward to staying again on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to everyone there!
